Mags Moran
Product Leader at Webex by Cisco
Mags Moran has spent much of her career working on collaboration technologies and is passionate about building tools that enable teams to work better together. She spends most of her time dreaming up ideas of how other people can save theirs.
Mags’ current area of focus is on using generative AI to solve hybrid work and customer experience challenges, leveraging the transformational potential of AI to disrupt and revolutionise how knowledge workers and customer experience representatives do their jobs.
Mags is a strong advocate for data driven decision making, user experience and is a proud supporter of women in STEAM.
She holds an M.Sc. in Applied Computing and Information Technology for her research into the emergence of cooperation and cooperative societies in structured multi-agent systems, and a B.Sc in Computer Science and Information Technology from University of Galway.
